Our Mission:
Let’s end workplace harassment and discrimination together.
BetterBrave empowers you with the resources and tools necessary to navigate and address toxic workplaces.
BetterBrave empowers you with the resources and tools necessary to navigate and address toxic workplaces.
We believe knowledge is power. That’s why we’re equipping employees with curated resources and services to help navigate toxic workplaces and keep employers accountable in doing the right thing.
We are building a free online encyclopedia of workers' rights and resources against harassment, discrimination and retaliation with content crowd-sourced from the community and reviewed by experts in law, psychology, and more.
Join us at one of our upcoming online and in-person events, trainings and workshops ranging on topics from navigating workplace harassment and discrimination to becoming a better ally in the workplace.
We are conducting a research study to better understand how harassment, discrimination and retaliation manifest in different industries, demographic groups, geographies, and more.
We launched BetterBrave in July 2017 after speaking to hundreds of targets of harassment, employment attorneys, diversity and inclusion experts, and more to learn about the landscape of sexual harassment. All of our programs and resources we have since launched have been informed and inspired by our community.
Our guides are listed as a trusted resource by hundreds of organizations, associations and advocates, including American Bar Association, TIMESUP, Chanel Miller, Gretchen Carlson, Equal Rights Advocates and more.
Our community includes a diverse group of individuals, including targets and witnesses of harassment, leaders who want to proactively create healthier workplaces, partner nonprofits providing essential legal and therapeutic services, advocates and more.
Since our launch, we’ve been able to reach over 30,000 workers across the nation and across various industries. This is just the start and we’d love for you to join us in empowering more individuals with knowledge of their workplace rights.
